Change of Address

All foreign nationals present in the U. S. for more than 30 days are required to report a change of address within 10 days of relocating by filing Form AR-11 with USCIS.  This applies to all foreign nationals ages 14 or older, whether in the U.S. temporarily or permanently, except for those in "A" or "G" visa status. Failure to file the Form AR-11 could subject the foreign national to removal from the U.S., and could also jeopardize the person's ability to obtain future immigration benefits.
